Our Year 3/4 students enjoyed new challenges like the low ropes course, the flying fox and archery. Camp is a great way for students to develop risk taking skills (important for lifelong learning), build independence and develop their social and emotional competencies as they problem solve through situations. It is also a cherished memory that will last a lifetime! I would like to thank Ms Sullivan in particular for organising the Year 3/4 camp – an extremely time consuming task with so many OHS and safety checks and processes to be accounted for. Thank you also to Mrs Jo Snadden, Mrs Lynne Kuchta and our parent helpers Marc Parfuss and Brett Thurston. Without parental support, we just wouldn’t be able to offer such brilliant programs.
