On Thursday 6th April we celebrated Multicultural Day throughout the whole school.  It was wonderful to see all our different cultures coming together to celebrate and share what makes us special.

A very big thank you to all the parents who helped to organise and run so many activities throughout the school for all the students.  Our day started with a special performance by Bernard Mangakahia in “Mana- The Spirit of Polynesia”, for the whole school before breaking up into groups to experience a variety of different activities from different cultures. We had Greek dancing, Rugby, Indian fashion show and dance, Henna artists, Egyptian activities, Preps performing an Indigenous song, Taiko drumming and a very special lunch from Flying Woks.

Thank you to everyone involved for making this such a wonderful way to end the term!
